Organisational changes

As the unexpected is always an element in a training course, during the training week different types of problems arose, organisation, digital, human, and this modified the original plan. In fact, wifi difficulties slowed the course down and the planning was shifted by a day. Then it turned out that the programme was too dense in relation to the time available: about 30 hours training to learn:

- Pedagogical digital engineering,

- the OPALE and SCENARIchain implements,

- understanding the design of the module.

What's more, the participants were not all trainers: some pedagogical aspects seemed vague to them.

An organisational change had to be made during the training week in order to optimize the objectives and the time available. Because of this all participants were invited to produce their modules as powerpoints in order to get some feedback, rather than as OPALE modules which were too complicated t produced in such a short time. Afterwards, the participants hd access to a session on the Montpellier institutional site where the OPALE instructions for use can be found and this will enable them to finalize their modules after the training week.
